Designing for the agency.
As Senior Designer at Sales Factory, some of my most visible work lives on the agency's own brand social content, marketing materials, pitch assets, and internal creative that represent what Sales Factory does and why it matters. For the last four years I’ve help create internal and external creative following the brand guidelines and driving sales along with help refresh to the latest branding as seen in 2026.
THE BRIEF
Sales Factory needed internal and external creative that felt as sharp as the work it produces for clients. Content that communicates the agency's expertise in retail marketing, consumer research, and brand strategy and that holds up in a feed full of other agencies doing the same thing.
Retail Oriented is Sales Factory's podcast covering the strategies, tools, and conversations that help brands win on physical and digital shelves. I handle all design for the show — cover art, episode graphics, social assets, and promotional content — and support video production work alongside the team. It's a recurring creative challenge that lives at the intersection of editorial design and brand marketing, and it keeps me sharp on both.
Sales Factory's YouTube channel is where the agency puts its own expertise on camera — thought leadership, retail insights, case studies, and brand content for an industry audience. I handle all the visual production work behind it: motion graphics, lower thirds, title cards, thumbnail design, and the accompanying social graphics that extend each video's reach across platforms. Beyond the screen work I'm involved in art direction and set design for shoots — making sure what's on camera looks as considered as everything around it.
