OVERVIEW
Three years of creative partnership across every format, every season, every channel.
I've been the Senior Designer on the Primo Water account at Sales Factory since 2023. Over three years I've worked across virtually every consumer touchpoint the brand has — seasonal campaigns, national campaign concepting, digital ads for Walmart and Amazon, A+ and enhanced content, social media, email, MMS, ecommerce walkarounds, blogs, dispenser packaging, manuals, sell sheets and more. It's the kind of long-term creative relationship where you stop guessing what the brand needs and start anticipating it. Every asset is built to a consistent system, delivered against real retail deadlines, and designed to perform.
THE BRIEF
The brief changes every season, every campaign, every channel. What stays constant is the standard: work that's clear, on-brand, and built to move product at national scale across Walmart, Amazon, and beyond. Three years in, I know this brand's voice, its audiences, and its needs.
SEASONAL CAMPAIGNS
Each season starts with concepting — moodboards, type direction, visual territory — working directly with the ACD to establish creative direction. From there I lead the full design buildout and handed off files to other designers after establishing the art direction for each campaign. We then executed across every required format while keeping the system tight and the brand voice consistent.
The challenge with a brand this big isnt making it look good — its keeping it consistent across a hundred different formats while still making each season feel fresh.
Across three years I've designed paid digital ads, landing pages, social content, email campaigns, MMS, and blog graphics for Primo's full consumer channel mix.
